Ashe Bowman, Founder/CEO
Ashe brings his many years of experience as an MMA fighter, his industry connections and significant enthusiasm into his role as Founder and CEO of the Legends of MMA Hall of Fame. An MMA fighter from 1997 to 2012, his background includes bouts with famous competitors such as former lightweight champion Josh Thompson, TUF Season 8 winner Efrain Escudero and former Tachi Palace Featherweight Champion Isaac DeJesus.
As Ashe felt his MMA career nearing its end, he began considering post-fighting endeavours. He realized that there was no official MMA Hall of Fame and with a strong desire to change that, Ashe decided to use his knowledge and experience in the sport to found the first, true, MMA Hall of Fame.
His goals for the organization are focused on both the MMA fans as well as industry professionals. For fans he hopes to provide them with the opportunity to
- Interact with their favorite, legendary fighters of the past and present.
- Socialize with other fans and members of the MMA industry.
- Participate in the hall of fame induction process through voting and posting opinions to the message boards on this site.
Ashe's goals for MMA figures are to provide fighters, personalities and pioneers an un-biased and objective board that recognizes their contributions in a meaningful way.
He also hopes to offer these MMA figures an opportunity to network with fans as well as a venue to promote their personal brands, even after their MMA careers are over.
